SWISS: O95944 Gene ID: 9436 細胞毒性受體家族（NCRs）主要有：NKp46、NKp44和NKp30，其中NKp46和NKp30表達于所有靜止和活化的NK細胞，而NKp44則選擇性的表達于活化的NK細胞。靶細胞上的配體分子與NCRs的結合（交聯(lián)）引發(fā)NK細胞的活化導致靶細胞的裂解和大量細胞因子的產(chǎn)生?，F(xiàn)已確認NKp46和NKp44可以識別病毒上的配體分子紅血球凝聚素，而NKp46則能識別腫瘤細胞上的乙酰硫酸多聚糖。 |
