| 產(chǎn)品介紹 | 1×TBST緩沖液 pH=7.4（Tris-HCl緩沖液, 0.05% Tween-20）是一種應(yīng)用極廣緩沖液，常用于免疫學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)和分子生物學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)，清洗免疫印跡實(shí)驗(yàn)中非特異性結(jié)合的抗體等，Tween-20 作為去污劑可增加緩沖液的洗脫能力。主要組分：10mM Tris ，150mM NaCl，pH 7.5-7.6，0.05% Tween-20，本產(chǎn)品為 1×工作液，可直接使用。4℃保存可延長(zhǎng)產(chǎn)品保質(zhì)期，長(zhǎng)期不用建議低溫保存。若產(chǎn)品出現(xiàn)結(jié)晶析出，請(qǐng)置于 37℃水浴至完全溶解。 本產(chǎn)品僅用于科研領(lǐng)域，不用于臨床診斷。 |
